Busy Day Roast

From the handwritten recipe card. Makes its own gravy. Soup can sizes and roast cut are not specified.

Ingredients

1 roast, 2-4 lb 1 envelope dry onion soup mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted

Instructions

1. Place roast in a baking dish. Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix over it. 2. Heat the undiluted cans of soup and pour over the roast. 3. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, until done. It makes its own gravy.
